Common Issues - Try These First

Before submitting a bug report, these steps resolve most conversion and upload issues:

File rejected by a government portal?

1. Set output format to JPG because many portals accept JPG only.
2. Set exact dimensions from the portal help page.
3. Use Resize to 200KB or Compress Image to meet the size cap.
4. Open the final output at 100% zoom and confirm text, face, and signature clarity before upload.

HEIC photo not opening on Windows or Android?

Use HEIC to JPG to convert iPhone photos to a universally compatible format.

Compressed image looks blurry?

Reduce compression in smaller steps. Start around 80% quality and lower gradually only if the file is still too large.

PDF too large to upload?

How to Submit Useful Feedback

The more detail you include, the faster we can reproduce and fix an issue.

• Tool page: Share the exact URL you used, such as /compress-image.
• Device and browser: Example: Samsung Galaxy S23 with Chrome 123, or iPhone 15 with Safari 17.
• Expected vs actual: Share exact steps and what went wrong.
• File details: Approximate size, source format, and output target.
• Portal or use case: Mention destination portal or app if relevant.
• Screenshot: A screenshot of the error or output problem helps us diagnose quickly.
